Strong Circuit LLC is a startup electrical contracting company serving residential and small business clients in Milwaukee and surrounding counties - we partner most with rehab and restoration shops. We're looking for a licensed Master Electrician as well as an apprentice to join us. We’re looking for people who are hands-on, reliable, and ready to help us grow.
master Electrician
What We’re Looking For
Licensed Master Electrician in Wisconsin
Willing to act as the qualifying party for our contractor license (exclusive role)
Able to pull permits and coordinate with inspectors
Comfortable doing field work (especially early on while we scale)
Has their own vehicle and tools
Can pick up materials for jobs (we cover material costs; you handle transport)
Carries active general liability insurance
a 1099 independent contractor (no W-2)
Understands this is a startup environment — flexibility and problem-solving are key
Open to supervising apprentices or subcontractors
Bonus if you’re experienced with local inspectors or mentoring others
What You’ll Get
$50/hour for field work
$75 per permit signed
$200/month retainer for acting as the qualifier
Clear path to more consistent work and volume as the company grows

What We’re Looking For
Registered or aspiring Apprentice Electrician in Wisconsin
Willing to learn and grow under a licensed Master Electrician
Comfortable with residential and light commercial work
Has reliable transportation and basic hand tools
Ready to work on-site and assist with installations, troubleshooting, and cleanup
Carries active general liability insurance
a 1099 independent contractor (no W-2)
Able to follow directions, ask questions, and work independently when needed
Understands this is a startup — patience, flexibility, and hustle are essential
Bonus if you’ve pulled wire, worked in trades, or been on job sites before
What You’ll Get
